We are proud of Barham Church of England Primary School, which was founded by our churches over a hundred years ago, and of Adisham Church of England Primary School. The church has strong links with both schools and the children grow up with a good impression of church life.
We are particularly proud that our schools meet the mark in inspections.
Adisham CEP was marked as 'Outstanding' in their last Ofsted and 'Good' in their SIAMS Inspection
Barham CEP was noted as 'Good' in a recent short Ofsted Inspection and had it been the longer inspection, would have been a candidate for 'Outstanding'.

One of our special church/school events is the Creative Prayer Day, which we hold in church a couple of times per year. Each class comes to spend time in church during the day, and explore many different ways of reflecting, praying, thinking and understanding. One of the favourite visual aids is our plasma ball - see picture below!
There have been some amazing comments from children as to how this might help us to understand God.
The school in our Churches
The students attend school services at both churches throughout the academic year, visiting 6-8 times to celebrate holy days and the Year 6 Leavers services.
Parents are also welcome to attend these services.
